Golf
Designed by famed golf course architect Arthur Hills, the Paraiso del Mar Golf Course overlooks rolling sand dunes against a backdrop of the bright blue Sea of Cortez. The 72-par, 7,100-yard course looks onto the stunning Bay of La Paz and features native plants like ocotillo cactus and the Baja wild plum.
Tennis & Pickleball
Paraiso currently has one tennis court and four pickleball courts available for use of residents and guests.
Pools
Cool off in the pool after a round of golf or a sea adventure in the Baja sun—or just spend the day. Las Casas and Condos sections each have an exclusive pool for the use and enjoyment of their owners and guests.
Bar & Grill
Adjacent to the main Paraiso pool is Survivor Bar & Grill restaurant, where homeowners and their guests can enjoy a cocktail or a full dinner. The menu offers an array of appealing selections. Many Paraiso residents especially enjoy the chance to have their daily catch prepared by our in-house chef.
